Walleye, Perch, Northern Pike, Muskellunge, Lake Trout, Brook Trout, Steelhead, Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Channel Catfish, Panfish, Whitefish, Smelts, Fish Sauces, Soups and Chowders, Smoking, Canning and Pickling. It's all there.

This recipe book is small enough and inexpensive enough to have one for home and one for camp. I even keep one in my fish box, just in case I'm somewhere in between, like on the ice or fishing the far end of a remote lake.
